Glotrade Refund & Return Policy
1. Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Glotrade offers a straightforward return and refund process within a specific timeframe.
2. Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Items such as underwear, perishable goods, or health-related items may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at support@glotrade.com or via WhatsApp/phone with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
- For pay-on-delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Glotrade will cover return shipping costs only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Opened health and personal care items
