Glotrade Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

We understand that sometimes plans change. At Glotrade, we allow order cancellations under specific conditions to ensure a smooth and fair process for both the customer and our fulfillment team.

2. Eligibility for Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.
• Once an order has been dispatched or marked as "Shipped", it cannot be cancelled.

3. How to Cancel an Order

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If your cancellation is successful, we will process a full refund within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Pay-on-delivery orders will not be charged if cancelled before dispatch.

5. Exceptions

• Custom-made or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
• Pre-order items may only be cancelled before the release or shipping date.

6. Changes to Orders

If you'd like to modify your order instead of cancelling, please contact us within the same 12-hour window. We’ll try our best to accommodate your request.
